We had a really really nice stay at this very good budget hotel. The property was clean based in a historic style building with super friendly staff. Really enjoyed our room that was kept very clean and available with a queen size bed, a private bathroom and shared bath.

It is a well-maintained and good value property located in Manhattan district next to downtown, the statue of liberty, brooklyn, bronx, JFK airport, and the tube and most of the NY midtown attractions. The staff are EXCELLENT and the location is convenient close to the subway station.

The hotel was fairly clean and quirky with excellent wi-fi. The room was neat and brand-new, offered an individual safe, central heating and TV. The location was convenient and decent, just off the Metro and Starbuck, all the main attractions of NYC and the statue of liberty, brooklyn, bronx, JFK airport. We stopped by Penelope for coffee and treats, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

During my recent stay at 31 Extended Stay, I was delighted by the unbeatable service levels. The cleanliness of the establishment surpassed any other hotel I've visited in my forty years of traveling. The friendly reception personnel and diligent cleaning staff deserve top marks. The location of the hotel is also ideal, just a few minutes walk from a subway station and situated on a quiet road. With the room price being so reasonable for such a central location, I couldn't have asked for better value for my money. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and cleanliness.
